The Delta Flyer is Bind on Pickup. Whoever crafts it, keeps it.

Does anyone know how many research points it takes to craft?

Maybe we could just sell the schematic and data samples necessary to craft it, but, considering how difficult it is for us to get the rares that we need, I don't expect that the donations of Delta Flyer Schematics would keep up with demand.

It would if we set the price high enough, people would throw a bunch of ec's at it. Does anyone know how many crafting points you need to actually craft it?

I believe the skill required is minimal, however I can't remember what the exact skill level is... and my time is expired so I don't want to log back into the game and completely screw up either of my captain's....
