As for as the discount levels, there's actually a feature in the store software that would handle most of this for us. You can create different "shopper groups" and give them a store wide discount of a certain percentage. All you have to do is edit the User and apply that shopper group to their account and the prices should automatically adjust. Though, there's no way for the shopper group to be added automatically.

Reminder: If you have an alt in the new fleet dedicated to crafting, don't use the samples to level your toon :D simply use the mail station to mail the samples needed for an order to your crafting toon. thanks everyone!

just a few reminders, everyone:

there is going to be a discount for money spent in the store, not donations. i've gotten a few requests for people to order with a discount bc they donated

also, if someone is donating samples, please have them mail it to me if they do not have access to the crafting corp bank :) thanks

REMINDER: please only confirm orders when they have been confirmed, i.e. you have seen that they have made the payment - if payment is missing keep it in pending and put a note inside the order, saying you are contacting them to find out if they paid, at the bottom and click the update button. once you find out, add a second note telling us where payment went and for how much

also, nick added a status called "short samples" - use this as a status for an item that we can not make due to shortages. so, really, there should only be 3 statuses used: pending (no one has touched it or if there are notes, someone looked for payment), confirmed (someone found the payment and is working on the order/ item, and short samples (this denotes that we can not make the item/ entire order because we are short samples.

ALSO: since we have confirmed a person paid and put an order info confirmed status, update the individual item's quantity ordered when changing to "short samples" if you were able to make a couple of them but not all, and press the update button to the right of the quantity.
