OBRIEN'S DRINK MENU!
The Luck of the Irish
3 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Pineapple Juice
3 oz Lime Sparkling Soda
1 drop green food colouring
In a cocktail shaker add Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, Pineapple juice, 1 drop of green food color, and ice cubes
Shake contents for 25 seconds or until the green cocktail appears to be nice and blended
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Or you can leave the ice out if you don't want it chilled
Top off with Lime sparkling soda, I used la Croix
Garnish with cherries and mint
Serve up this Luck of the Irish cocktail and enjoy the sweet and tangy cocktail
The Irish Mudslide
1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1.5 oz Bailey's
1.5 oz Kahlua
3 oz Half & Half or Milk
1 cup Ice
Few drops of green food colouring
Add all ingredients to a blender bowl
Blend until combined & smooth
Pour into a highball glass
Top with whipped cream & chocolate sauce
The Irish Flag Shot
1/3 part Green Creme de Menthe
1/3 part Bailey's Irish Cream
1/3 part Grand Marnier
Pour a shot glass 1/3 full with green Creme de Menthe
Pouring very slowly over the back of a spoon, add a layer of Bailey's Irish Cream

The Irish Mule
2 oz Irish Whiskey
6 oz Ginger Beer
1 oz Juice of a lime
Lime slices (optional for garnish)
Mint spring (optional for garnish)
Ice
Fill a mug or other glass with ice
Pour whiskey and lime juice
Top with ginger beer
Stir to mix
Garnish with lime slices & mint spring
Irish Coffee
1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
2 tsp brown sugar
Hot, brewed coffee to top
Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Fill an Irish coffee mug with hot water & let sit for 2 minutes, then discard water
Add the whiskey and sugar to the heated glass, fill with the coffee and stir
Top with an inch of unsweetened lightly whipped cream
