It was most fun, and Wimmix is happy to have a cat (whom he's named Jix). Little things like this are why I've stuck around the fleet for so long.

What was this? I knew nothing of it until after it occurred, did it get thrown together spontaneously when the club opened? I missed all info about it.

It was relatively short-notice.

The event was announced on THIS website. Three days ago. Right side of the page under "upcoming events". Just sayin´...

For those with less flexible schedules/who play less/etc, three days is short notice.

It's unfortunate that some of you have missed the event. I missed it also, but I simply remind myself that there will be more to come in the future. Hosts have lives as well, and in truth have no obligation to run these events at all. We should be so lucky to be in a fleet where that is not the case. I'm sure they'll work harder in getting the information out there in a more timely manner :)

Thank you for putting this together! It's a fantastic new venue to exploit for more events later down the road, and I for one am definitely looking forward to them! :D

yeah, I wasn't being critical, just was wondering why I missed it.

Sadly this event was tossed together quickly. We barely had time to gather prizes. Be assured that in future all events will be advertised in the Events section of this forum well in advance. Our next Major event will be the White Winter Whirl. Keep an eye open for it.

The department is known for hosting Random Dance Parties, you might catch them you might not but they are intended to be spontaneous :)

I sadly missed this one, but I love the new Club 47 so I look forward to more dance parties. :) Hopefully the KDF side will get something similar.
