Alrighty guys... it's time to get some action going on. I've put together a schedule of events focusing on dungeon runs, guild missions and some WvW. If there's anything that we can add to the event lists, please share. This list is only for reoccurring events. Other scheduled events will appear on the sites "Events" section.

Members will not be required to participate in these events but must represent the guild during the start of a mission if they are logged in at the time. It is highly encouraged to take part and help those in need. Having the chance to group with fellow guildies instead of pugs is rewarding and fun.

Events (excluding guild missions) will begin 7 PM and 10 PM EST on the day listed and last as long as necessary (Generally 1-2 hours)

Timezone Conversion per. pnuttbuttah

The times are not set in stone. We can modify them to work around the schedules of others.

If there are no requests for additions or modifications to the list and times our first event will take place as listed this Friday at 6 AM and 6 PM.

Events will begin 6 AM and 6 PM EST Daily and last as long as necessary (Generally 1-2 hours

For Me & Posidius located in PST zone unfortunately both of these times are almost impossible for us. First would be 3am for us and the other is 3pm in the afternoon when there is too much going on either with work or dinner and stuff.

If the times were 9am and 9pm EST then at least we could try and wake up at 6am and the other one 6pm should give us enough time to get daily life stuff out of the way and log on. :)

Though I understand that it will be difficult to establish a set time schedule with people playing from all over the planet, for right now, we should focus on a time frame that will at the least be accommodating to the US (East to West Coasts(3hr difference)). Later, once we have more participation, we can expand on this and have Officers for the different time zones running at different schedules... that way, if someone can't make 1 they can make another... or perhaps be kept busy all day, if they so choose. But, since this is a pilot program we need to start off walking before we run.

Aye, I'll be logging in each night that I am able to do some of these guild events. When I first joined up with SWVG, I think this is what I was looking for. I'll advertise in guild chat as well for those people who either do not know of the events or have simply forgotten. I think we should all work to convert some of the multi-guilded people to Stonewall either explicitly or as their main guild to interact with. I would love to see more members on.
I can't say I'm without fault, though, since I haven't really been active for the last month or so. But, these last few nights I have seen, at least to my knowledge, record numbers of members online while playing. Last night was a blast Elquin, and I hope we have more great nights like it.

I'm all about seeing members of the guild working together for ANY task. We've been switching it up a little, trying to get the best system worked out for guild activities. I've been getting some input and making my observations. pnuttbuttah made the suggestion to keep activities to the weekend and leave the weekdays free-for-all so we modified the schedule to work in events Friday-Sunday. This should help fill up our events and make it easier on those not able to attend due to work/school and of course... I will be available throughout the week to take part in anything as long as I don't have prior obligations. I'm all for turning SWVG into an exclusive guild... I don't like it when I login and TONS of people are on, but they're not representing. I don't think we're going to move in that direction at the moment. We're still fine-tuning.

Thank you for participating last night BigBrother. We all had a blast! :woohoo:

We will be starting a daily schedule of events for the guild going forward. Commanders of the guild will be assigned a specific day and group of activities to lead. We are still working on filling the week and need active players who are able to lead a group of guildies during an assigned day and time. The current schedule is as follows:

Monday - Dungeons, Fractals or WvW at 7 PM EST w/ Persephone.2074

Persephone will run Dungeons, Fractals or WvW groups depending on guild interest at that time. She will be available most Monday's at 7 PM EST and will ask in guild chat for interested members.
Tuesday - Guild Hosted Event every other week (Opposite patch day) at 9 PM EST.

Guild hosted events are created by the guild members using the "Events" tool. Events can be made up of any kind of player driven activity such as races, scavenger hunts, manhunts, etc. The member holding the event should reward top contestants prizes and may ask Elquin for support if needed.
Wednesday - Unassigned.
Thursday - Guild Missions at 9 PM EST

Guild Missions will begin at 9 PM EST. Preparation for bounties will start at 8:30 PM EST.

Friday - WvW Reset

Guild members are encouraged to participate in WvW during reset with the TDS collective. Please party up with guild members and coordinate together.
Saturday - Guild Missions 9 PM EST

Guild Missions will begin at 9 PM EST. Preparation for bounties will start at 8:30 PM EST.
Sunday - Jumping Puzzles, Mini-Dungeons and Group Events at 7 PM EST w/ Pnutt Buttah.4653

Roops will run Jumpin Puzzle, Mini-Dungeon or Group Events depending on guild interest at that time. He will be available most Sundays at 7 PM EST and will ask in guild chat for interested members.

As per my conversation with El in game last night, I've come up with a schedule to help whoever's interested with their map completion advances. Here's the link.

I chose one map for each Wednesday and Saturday until the end of May, so we'll be doing two maps each week. Until March 14 - when my classes restart- I can squeeze in as many days as we find necessary, I just don't know if there will be too many people interested during workdays.

I know Pers runs dungeons on Mondays, but since there are many members who still need to work on ascended trinkets and also on their Fractals levels, I can take another day to run them through levels 1-9, or even run those at the same Monday Pers runs hers, only with a group who needs the lower levels.

Let me know what you think.
