Voice chat?

I know you guys had posted at one point or somehwere on the website site a program that you can use in conjuntion with game to voice chat. I was curious what program that is?also, whose all going to be using it?

We have a vent server that is used by all members within Stonewall. However, there are rooms that are setup for each game and grouping rooms as well.
