SNOW!!!!

Please pardon me if some of y'all think I'm way too excited about this, but IT'S FREAKIN' SNOWING WHERE I LIVE!!!!! It almost never snows in this part of South Carolina. Normally we get snow that actually accumulates every 3-4 years, and that's only an inch or two. It's already snowed one time this year, and this is the second time. PLUS, we get an adult snow day!!!!! This is the first time I've gotten a snow day since I've been out of school (and I think only the second time I've EVER gotten a snow day).

SO. EFFING. EXCITED. I MIGHT EXPLODE.

I've already been out to take my pictures and frolic. There are so many snow angels that people will think my yard is heaven! I made a mini-snowman and had a snowball fight with myself (hey, it was 5 am when I did all this). The snow is starting to get a little icier. Now, time to go play all whole lot of STO!

We got more snow than that, and just got an hour delayed opening at work. (Like that's going to do anyone any good. One hour doesn't even take you out of rush hour. Sigh.)

(But I live in Colorado. We get snow a little more often than you.)

Okay, so we got 2-3 inches of snow. Not only was work cancelled today, but it was cancelled TOMORROW, too. Wow. The roads are still really bad, though. Melted just enough to be icy. I remember in about 1998-99ish that our entire state only had 3 snow plows. I'm sure it's not much better now. Alas, I'll just have to sit out yet another day from work and play some more STO. :woohoo:

Now I'm jealous.

So lucky. It's just wet, cold and nasty here in florida. :/
