Stonewall Fleet Personnel Department
Due to the huge rise in membership over the launch period and the continuing almost daily increase in new members of the Stonewall Fleet, the Admiralty have decided to introduce a Personnel Department.
The Personnel Department will perform various tasks as the need arises, but most importantly it will be used to keep membership records and members ranks up to date and act as a single point of contact for members concerns or fleet related problems.
The role of Personnel Officer will be carried out by Zepari (aka Joshua from Northern Ireland).
Membership:
The Stonewall Fleet ranking system is simple with everyone achieving the rank of Member 14 days after posting their application in the “Start Here†section of the forums. Details can be found in the Welcome Center. As the ranking system both in-game and on the site is maintained manually, there may occasionally be errors. If you feel you or at the wrong rank or have any questions regarding your membership, please contact the personnel department as explained below.
Concerns and complaints:
The Stonewall Fleet prides itself on being open and welcoming to all our members and visitors, however in a community as big as ours there will be problems. The Officers will be unable to fix these problems if they are unaware of them. We hope that our members will get along and not let frayed nerves and understandable frustration get in the way of them enjoying the game and participating in the fleet, however, if that is not possible then the personnel department is there to listen and act on your concerns. All correspondence with the Personnel Department will be kept confidential and only relevant information will be passed to the Officers. Please read the Code of Conduct in the Welcome Center for further information on unacceptable behavior in the fleet.
Contacting the Personnel Department:
There are two ways to contact the Personnel Department, by clicking the Contact Us on site and selecting “Personnel†from the drop down menu at the top left of the page, or by sending an email to our dedicated address: Personnel@StonewallFleet.com
