I had an idea for a selfie, but was too busy leveling to do something with it :P

OK I will say it. I am supper excited that the new season of RuPauls Drag Race starts 3/2/14. I enjoy good over acting drama filled drag queens. Especially when I don't have to spend the time down in our local bar that hosts our drag shows. Such a sleazy dirty dive bar.

@Yaris8: Congratulations, you are the winner of this events STO Selfie competition.
Your managing to take a selfie just as poor Harry Kim was being electrocuted made many of us chuckle. Which in turn burnt an image on our mind of your memorable selfie.

@Chemistryset: a deserving place for a unique image of your poor toon being thrown out into the depth of space. Another one that made us chuckle.. and if you look closely .. im sure you have a cup of coffee still in your hand?

@Akrilon: Not only were we impressed at the angle of the picture, and the almost stomach churning vertigo we encountered while looking down at the drop.. (and the handsome trill spots helped) your detailed back story of the picture gave the selfie a deeper and exciting meaning.

@Knightchucky: We didnt know iphones still existed in STO world, and we were impressed that you managed to make your toon appear as if he were in a bathroom mirror taking a selfie.
For that, We had to invent a whole new award, for Original Selfie.

Thanks very much to you all over at the membership department for putting on this great mixer! I know you'd all been planning this for some time and it's obvious that you worked very hard at putting this on for us over the last few days.

I had lots of fun doing the "Where's the Membership Department" event (just the right difficulty) and the selfie contest was great too! I loved teaming up with other members in the fleet and making two new fantastic friends today! The creativity of the event line-up in getting people to work together was impressive!

Thanks for all the work each of you put in: Dex, Scotty, Gareth and Trav (and I'm not just saying that because I won :D ). Totally paid off and we all had a blast. Thanks for having me!

wow, see voleron really blew me away....as in...literally blew me outta the pvp shuttle game, as my PC completely froze and screeched out loud :ohmy:

think the graphics card couldn't handle all you hotrod shuttles and those 2 big ships :blush:
