TOPICS:

Selling Data Samples:

Nick: We get uneven amounts of data samples from each their, including a lot of extra stacks. We are going to be keeping 1500 on hand at a time of each common sample and sell off the extra. With that money, we can buy rare samples or put it in the bank. May also look at crafting items and selling those for more (with the excess)

Everyone in agreement.

New HTML Script:

Nick: Nick created a set of HTML tags and CSS identifiers that we can use inside the store, in the item description, to emulate how the items look in the game. He will be giving out a guide on what to do and why to do it -- it will make updating items a bit easier, including them all looking the same. We will not be doing this for right now on EVERY items, but starting on the consoles since they need to be updated, anyways. EXAMPLE: http://www.stonewallfleet.com/store_test.html

Mark, Josh, and Nick will be working on consoles.

Data Sample Calculator:

Nick: Nick created a calculator that will take an entire crafting store order and tell you exactly what you need in order to craft the item. This will really help to be able to pull things out of the bank fast so that you can craft and get right back to playing. Here is the link to the calculator: http://www.stonewallfleet.com/data_sample/calculator.php

Updating the Store:

We need to go through everything in the store before we reopen. We will first be working on the consoles to make sure that the new scripting is working, then we will go through the rest. I will post a "sign-up list" in the CC group page so that people can sign up for different parts of the store to help update. If we all work together, it could be updated with just an hour or two each person's time.

Reopening the Store

Our goal is to reopen the store ASAP. If everyone works together, we should be able to get it in fairly quickly. Please keep an eye out for an email with the "sign-up list"for being able to help out.

THINGS TO GET DONE BEFORE WE CAN REOPEN THE STORE:

1) Work on getting the CSS coding implemented and taught to everyone so that it is extremely easy to get formatting down -- Nick will be working on getting the power point finished as well as sample coding for every type of item.

2) Next, update all consoles that are in the store (Tactical consoles: Josh | Engineering consoles: Mark | Science consoles: Denis) -- Mark, Josh, Denis, Nick and Brandon will be meeting tomorrow, Friday, July 8th @ noon PDT/ 3pm EDT/ 8pm BST

3) Update all the other items in the store, other than consoles
