UPDATED: A Guide to "Working" the Store

Hey CC Members!


First, a HUGE "thank you" to you all for an outstanding job in running the store. We are definitely helping a lot of fleet members and making quite a bit of energy credits for the fleet. I also wanted to give a BIG shout out to Sarge@4ID for completing a majority of the orders and checking up on fleeties' payments to the banks - you rock!


To ensure we are all on the same page, I wanted to send this out as a little "guide" on how to work the store:


1) Please check the store's admin section as often as possible to see if there are any orders in the "pending" section. To get there, go to stonewallfleet.com/store or click on the "Store" tab up top. Once in there, you will see a link named "admin" on the left side.


2) Once inside this section, click on the link in the center of the page called "pending" to see the orders that have not been touched by anyone.


3) If you are available to craft that order, put a check mark in the box that is to the left of the order number. Then, change the "status" to confirmed and press "update status". NOTE: "Notify customer?" is broken so don't use it


If you can not complete the order at this time, but see it is paid, change the status to "paid and pending"


UPDATE/ NOTE: You can check if a fleet member has paid by going to the physical bank (main, alt or KDF) and click on "storage log" -- spam the "more" button for a few seconds -- then in search, type "energy credits" and that will filter through all of the deposits so you can find out if someone has paid. This history should go back far enough for you to see their payment. if you still do not see it on any of the 3 banks, PM the member using these templates: click here


4) Once you have marked something confirmed, this will signify to another CC member that that order is being worked on. You will then be taken to a page with all past orders, including the one you just confirmed.


NOTE: Please make a note ANYTIME you update a status in the box at the bottom with their fleetie's @handle -- once you write the note (your name, date, time, what you updated), press the update button () to save it


5) Click on the order you just marked "confirmed" and make the items. Change each items status to "shipped" and press "update status" for each individual item. If you are unable to make an item due to a lack of supplies, change the order (or individual item if you were able to ship part of it) to "Short Samples" and let the fleetie know through an in-game PM. Sarge and I will go through those orders every so often and see if we can make them. Also, at the bottom, next to the fleeties @handle, you can add comments on anything, including items that you were not able to make - leave the fleeties @handle. Just make sure to put your name after the comment (i.e. @stolover - order shipped except items above that are still confirmed due to lack of supplies - brandon, 3/24 1pm) and hit the button that looks like this to save the comment:


NOTE: If you need to only take 3 samples out of the bank for a stack of more, hold down control as you move it to your inventory -- you can then select the quantity you want to move


6) Email the fleetie in-game with the items (if they have deposited, check first) and let them know that "here are the items" or we can not make them all at this time or we are waiting for payment/ can't find payment - use these templates: click here
