My Grandparents (on my father's side) were from Ireland and immigrated to the United in States in the 1930s.  I know I have a number of cousins still living in Ireland; but I don't really know much more since my father didn't speak a lot about his family.  So, I'm thinking of taking a trip to Ireland to explore my heritage a little and mostly just see the country and experience what it has to offer.  Having never been there before I'm seeking suggestions as to places I should visit, things I should and see etc.  I'm pretty adventuresome and like most things from big cities to rural small towns and just about everything in between; so just about anything someone could offer as a suggestion would be very welcome.
