So, haven't seen any higher ranking fleet members on for a bit, we have a few new members that are still stuck in the Recruit rank (including my alt) and such are unable to contribute to the fleet holdings. When someone has a chance could they please possibly maybe per chance promote a few of the recruits up to members? Please and thank you
