I wonder though, there is a difference between your biological sex and the sex you identify yourself as (for some people). They need to make a clear distinction between the two (when and where it is needed).

Yeah. It's a little confusing. Out doesn't do enough to state gender rights but does sound like that is included. But definitely a great step forward.
