Supposedly there already is an armada channel when we created the armada. So it shows in my chat options anyway.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed already, but it might be a good idea to start thinking about forming an Armada chat channel for our collective of fleets, so that we can interact and/or team with members of other fleets in our Armada. Any thoughts on this?

STONEWALL FLEET'S
SUPER PET SHOWCASE SPECTACULAR!
So this all started off with me wanting to show off my in-game vanity pet by posting a few screenshots for you all. Then I decided, why not turn this into a small, informal contest for fun, where everyone can show off their favorite in-game pets and maybe even win something!

There are so many different vanity pets in Star Trek Online now adays, and even so much variety among those pets, that it would be interesting to see the creatures and critters that are part of each of your online homes.

To participate, simply reply to this thread by posting a screenshot (or two, or three) of you and/or your pet doing some funny things or just spending some time together. Caption the screenshots with something funny, if you like!

The person to post the coolest, cutest, funniest or best captioned owner/pet (or pet alone) screenshot(s) will win some sort of in-game prize from me... I dunno... say some master keys or something (I wasn't kidding when I said this was an informal contest). I'll keep the contest going for a week or two - or as long as people are still posting replies to the thread!


Remember: Screenshots have to be less than 500kb in size to successfully upload to the Stonewall forums. Free services like www.picresize.com can help you shrink screenshots, or alternatively, you can host them elsewhere on the internet at a free image hosting site and link them into the forums.

So far we have the 5 Fed Stonewall Fleets added into the Armada already. We joined up Joint Operations Command Nimbus Sector yesterday. Check out the Armada tab in game to see the structure. We have one empty Beta spot and 6 Gamma slots left. We are already in talks with several other GLBTA fleets in game to try and fill up.

We have a few fleets in mind on the KDF side of the house.

[strike]We will definitely communicate any decisions made with regards to fleet concerns as well as any alliances with other fleets that are made under the new armada system. For the moment as the immediate focus, we're looking at what we can do with our existing fleets within Stonewall to ensure the best flow of resources throughout all 4 fleets. Doing so will give the leadership a better understanding on how to move forward under the new mechanics.

So what's going on with the armadas? Have people talked to other fleets about joining ours? I'm thinking of the other LGBT fleets - the LGBT of the X order fleets, LGBT elite of the 1st order, Mattachine Fleet, even the German HLBT fleet - or other fleets that are friendly that people might know.

Also, what about HONR? Are there any other LGBT KDF fleets in the game? Are there plans to join an armada there?

I just met Tia in-game last night and she's really cool, and what's also really cool is that her fleet needs lots of fleet marks and I have almost 20K between my toons saved up because they're hard to donate to Stonewall fleets :). Plus it's cool to reach out to other people in the game.

Also, I like how I can donate doffs more easily. I often buy cheap blue doffs from the exchange, grind them down to white doffs at the academies, and then donate them to the fleet, but that's been hard lately with DSS and HONR only needing science and medical doffs (which means I fill my ranks and my exchange slots with the other doffs and can't grind any more).

Anyway, I'm not doubting the fleet admiralty here - I'm sure they've already thought about all this. I just want to be in the loop as to what plans are. :)
