you have to be in the same general map area for it to work. like 100 meters on ground

so i asked in chat and was suggested that a fleet elite core is the way to go, one with amp. however there are millions of them and i really dont have a clue which one is more suitable.

so the toon is andorian, flys only andorian escorts and its a tactical. using the ageis set.

soo if anyone could say what would be most suitable and maybe include why that one, that would be super helpful.

That's awfully kind of them. I have already reached Vice Admiral on my temporal agent toon hence have no need for it (plus I have way too many account-wide ships). But thanks are still in order for their generosity.
