It is. You can't join the fleet until you are in the same time line, which won't happen until you are about level 11.

I managed to accept the invite for Aurora but Ordak missed out because the invite was blocked out by Earth Spacedock Operations :(
Can you please send that invite again? 

As for Dhalos, this is my new AOY character and it's only at level 6. Could this be the reason? 

If you don't see the invite prompt when you first login, try entering the /guild_acceptinvite command in chat. Also, characters that have been inactive for sometime can't be invited into a fleet. You may need to login to your third character before we can invite him.

I sent an invite for Aurora Lam into our main Stonewall Fleet just now, all you need to do now is log into STO and Accept the invite.

An invite to Deep Space Stonewall was already sent for Ordak -you simply need to log into STO and Accept the invite.

I could not send an invite for Dhalos because STO kept telling me (for all fleets, Romulan, KDF, and Fed) that the character/player was not found.  Please check the spelling of your character and ensure that all tutorials or level-up requirements are complete.

Have you joined our public chat channel?  You can do so by entering '/channel_join stonewallfleet' into chat. From there, select the stonewallfleet channel and ask for an invite in the channel. There should be an Admiral or Fleet Captain online to help you. If not, post your character names and factions here and we can send you some offline invites.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but it has been almost 3 weeks since my introductory post. Can anyone advise, how I can get access into the fleet and start contributing?

Well tomorrow is the big day when I finally get to go and our little caravan is setup at a site 10 minutes from the NEC so no rushing in or out.  Really keen to see the free talks this year as it looks like we finally get actors giving freebie talks (or at least I hope they are).  Looking forward to seeing both Dax'es (Daxii??) , George Takei and Marina sirtis along with the concept Enterprises :)

Stranger Things is awesome! Loved it from start to finish. 

The scariest part of the show is all contained in the first episode. After that it's a bit like The Walking Dead .. it never really crosses the horror-line. It's just more of a mystery drama type thing. But it's AWESOME.

Anyone who hasn't seen Stranger things don't read this part, Spoiler Alert: Gareth, Barb's fashion was so terribly heinous that even a monster with no eyes understood she needed to die. I see barb as a classic Christ figure, she had to die for the sins of 80's fashion so that the rest of us could do fun theme parties today, lol.


And yes, it's on my watch list, though I do wish Dame Maggie Smith would've come out here just once to accept even one of the Emmy Television Awards she's won over the years for that show.

It's more suspenseful than scary. Yes, there's a monster, but it's more about the mystery and the characters which are very well done.

I loved this show and I loved the music. Jonathan and myself could have been very good friends in the 80es... 

But the are huge plot holes in the story line. I'm willing to ignore them, because the athmosphere and characters are just superb. I just hope they make a better plot for the second season!

So who's watched this and what do you think? I, for one, loved it. It's a nostalgic cross between The Goonies and E.T. with an incredible cast, kickass score and engrossing plot. They recreated 1986 in excellent and exacting detail from the looks, cars, fashions.. OMG, Barb in the Mom jeans, ruffled blouse and Granny glasses!

I love how this puts the perspective of the Empire in clear view. He is fighting for what he believes in, and his girlfriend fought and died for what she believed in. 

Makes you really think about the differences in the various cultures on this rock floating through space. Doesn't change our own viewpoints as to what each of us believes is right and wrong but it does shed some light on the way others see right and wrong.
