One thing maybe to mention (i may have just missed it) is that if you redo a mission you have to start over talking to everyone. For instance, I thought during the Vulcan mission that after the first failure (because I missed the guy on the far off hill), that I could just talk to that one guy (since I knew what the other guys said) but I eventually realized I had to respeak to all the appropriate NPCs. Yeah, I know respeak is not a word, but you know what I mean.

I dunno how good my voice is to listen to on Vent - maybe someone will pop up now and say it sounds all crackly and faint - but I bought a cheap (£8) headset/mic combo a few years back and it's still going strong. Never had any problems. So you don't need to spend a fortune on them! :)

I was wondering what sort of headsets people may use to chat on Vent.

I am thinking of purchasing a set and I was hoping to look for some recommendations.

Oh, and apparently there's a Methogenic one too... Not sure if I have that or not.

They all have the same symbol, which makes sorting them a nightmare. I've got about 10 or so different types at the moment. Let's see...

Im hoping they put Claude into the story, its too bad from what i can tell they are removing Quinn.

I got one last night that was not one of those, but I can't remember the exact name. It was another particle trace (I guess they're all particle traces?), but the name started with a 'D'. Once I get home tonight and boot the came up, I'll take a look.

I got it in the RA B'Trans sector.

I think Mil has one of the beta tach particles, not sure, will check tonite. Edit- yes it was.

Sometimes i win the game and still dont get anything special, i get the star but its on 1 sample of a normal type. Sometimes i get extra's and the one time i got the oddball.

I just hope they come up with uses for them.

Included in Season 2.0 are some new data samples. These data samples are Uncommon and come bound to your character. The only way to get these Ucommon Data Samples are to win the new scanning minigame. I'm curious to find out what data samples have been found so far.
