Disclaimer:The team I will be making is separate from the official guilds channels of PvP. At this current time of writing the PvP majors of the guild are doing both, with a primary focus on WvWvW due to popularity.Hi everyone, at this moment I am looking to create a tournament team for the upcoming launch of Guild Wars 2.
When I first started PvP, I used to be terrible. I had no rank, no achievements... and everytime I tried I just simply couldn't find a team because no one would accept me.
My only hope was to create teams and lead them myself, which is exactly what I did. I do not depend on anyones rank, achievements, or how long they have been playing. The only thing I depend on is if they have
voice chat or not.
The key to becoming a successful PvP player is the willingness to listen and improve. I like to say that PvP is not optimistic at all, it's all sweat and blood. With that being said, I am looking for just the right people for my team. I plan on taking tournaments seriously, and I will be actively looking for players who have the same viewpoint as mine. I know it's just a game, but I'm not getting any younger so I intend to get the right people who want to have as much fun as possible without wasting time.
You may be wondering which classes do I need and the simple answer is none, due to the nature of cross profession combos I will be looking for specific classes. Unfortunately, you cannot simply roll any class and expect to win in Structured PvP. So you should have access to multiple professions.
If you seriously want to participate in tournaments, please send Chase.8415 a whisper ingame OR post below.
This is a general idea of how structured PvP should be:
