Weren't able to attend the second Trek Trivia Event? Think that you're the knowledge keeper of all things Trek? Think that you'd have given Calandra a run for her Zen?

Find out how you'd have fared in the Trek Trivia event! Enjoy this complimentary sampling of ten of the fifty questions that were posed during the event. Compare your answer with the answers in the bottom of the post!

  1. What is the name of Quark's mother, as portrayed in Deep Space Nine?
  2. What is the significance of the Vulcan ritual of Kolinahrr?
  3. Name two of the four youths, rescued from the Borg by the crew of USS Voyager?
  4. Who was the legendary Vulcan philosopher, scientist, and logician, considered the greatest of all who ever lived on Vulcan?
  5. When Commander Riker meets Data for the first time on the Enterprise holodeck, what tune is Data whistling?
  6. Why does Guinan urge Captain Picard to join the away mission to Devidia?
  7. In the movie: Generations, what is cracked against the hull of the USS Enterprise-B, at the Starship's christening?
  8. Unscramble this crew member's first and last name: LAINJU SABRIH
  9. Finish the following Star Trek quote: "Time-line? This is no time to talk about time. We don't have the time! ____ ___ _ ______?"
  10. List the following Star Trek characters (Jadzia Dax, Weyoun, Captain Kirk, Michael Eddington and Jennifer Sisko) in order, from first to last, based on the year in which they died

Click the 'spoiler' heading below to view the answers!

Remember, it's not just about knowing the answer without resorting to Google, it's also about having the fastest fingers! If you did well, make sure that you join us for the next run of the event, to be announced in the near future!

If your knowledge of Trek is somewhat lacking, be sure to brush up on your skills and be ready to dominate the next event!

Thanks again to all who participated!

On January 12th, 2013, the Fleet Resources department hosted Stonewall Fleet's THIRD Trek Trivia event, on the Stonewall Fleet Starbase!

At 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST, twenty-two members of Stonewall Fleet filled the meeting area of the Stonewall Fleet starbase, and participated in a 50 question, Star Trek trivia event! The first participant to correctly answer each question was awarded a point, until all fifty questions were presented!

All of the questions asked, related to any of the Star Trek movies and television series. In addition to normal trivia questions, three exciting categories of questions were posed:

CHRONOLOGICAL: Place listed items in their correct order, frst!

We'll be adding more exciting and fun categories at our next Trek Trivia event! (Date and time to be announced). Watch the fleet website and in-game event listings for future dates!

LF Some Money Helping Tips In GW2

January 13 2013
Hello my lovely Ladies, Gents and Polar bears.
Today I am looking for some help towards the game. There are a few money making ideas that I've tried and a lot of them have failed me. I use to play WoW all the time and have never had issues with making gold, before I quit the game I had over 200k. For some odd reason this game just has me stumped. I am a farmer when it comes to playing MMO's so anything you guys can think of that requires farming or anything let me know. Hope you guys have a great day and i look forward to hearing your replies.

I'm interested to see how many of us will be playing Neverwinter when it launches.

So I have created a group on Stonewall. If you plan to try Neverwinter when it releases (which is meant to be early this year) then please click the link and join the group.

Thats why I'm voting for #2... It's much easier for people to fly from all over the country/world directly to the city of departure. Instead of to a city over an hour away by shuttle.

Music?

January 12 2013
Hello, all.

I recently began to put together themed podcast-style playlists for posting online regularly. I've personally dubbed it the "Cascade Series." To date, I have two 30 minute sets of assorted rock, acoustic, and some electronic peppered in. While you won't hear a whole lot of pop, i may occasionally feature some more popular artists from time to time.

Link:
http://tinyurl.com/b9vbh6m

Currently featured at the above link is the 2nd set themed/titled as: "State of the New Year" as more/less a personal exploration of the worst and best of humanity (in that order) through an eclectic spectrum of rock and down-tempo rhythms; Said differently, a Winter-geared set telling of the world's dark shenanigans of power, deceit, lust, rage, and recklessness before moving on to the more brighter realms of childhood wonder, love, hope, and perseverance.

As I mentioned to my facebook audience: May this year bring better days through the dreams of the latter vice the nightmares of the former.

----
"Cascade 1" is in its own folder at the same link, laid out in the same fashion with it's list as a jpeg. No real title at it just served as a "debut" playlist, but its theme was simply geared towards the Closing out of 2012 as a year-end reflection, reminders to me of the important things in life that hold true after an otherwise challenging year.

Again, probably not everyone's preferred musical repitoire' but, simply put, as a passionate music lover I thought I would share it here for those interested in tunes that provoke strong thoughts and emotions. Or just to groove to. B)

I'll share new sets here as I mix/post more.

Enjoy!

It takes about an hour to get from MCO to Port Canaveral so if I'm ferrying I would like to make my departure from MCO no later than 1330.

But as far as capacity, I can fit 4 people comfortably and 5 if you squeeze in a bit.

I know there's a few fleeties that live in the FL area that might also make the ferry so you guys don't have to take the god awfull shuttle

I'm flying the Chimera on my main so I stuck with Phaser Cannons so that I could maximize my damage output on the lance. But when the Romulans come out (no I'm not giving up on that pipe dream) I'll be going Disruptors baby pew pew

Port Canaveral is a straight shot west from Orlando, I Live in Orlando so if we go option one and people need a ride to and from the airport I'm sure I can carpool and wrangle a few of my minions to help out.

I voted for option 2 because it's easiest to fly without a connection into Miami than any of the other departure cities. It also has the most stops.

What sucks is that there is no list what materials are needed to make any certain piece of armor. I have no idea what materials you would need. OR is there? Is there a site packed full of information like that?

I use these sites for item and recipe info:
