The problem with Knights of the White Lady is that their membership rules entail a rather substantial commitment to playing time to even be allowed in the guild. I simply don't have the time to play in the manner they desire of all their members. Also, they're RP-focussed--if that's not your thing, then it's going to be an awkward fit.

I believe there is a need in LOTRO for a more casual LGBTQ fellowship (Stonewall Fellowship, or Fellowship of the Stone Wall, maybe?), and we are equipped to fill that need.

As previously quoted by WhiteOnMyoji in this thread, it's not our custom to create guilds in games that have been open for several years. Instead focusing on newer games with larger member bases and not competing with other glbt guilds in those games. I know of Knights of the White Lady that's currently active in LOTRO and several Stonewall members are members there as well.

That being said, there's no reason why you can't start a group here and create a guild in-game. Create a group on the site and use to organize the guild and you're welcome to post about it on our forums. Any Stonewall members that are interested I'm sure will be able to find out about it.

I would also encourage you to name is something other than Stonewall Guardians to prevent confusion with the Neverwinter guild.

While I too have started to play LoTRO I would love to see a Stonewall presence, however, in agreement with the above message I can assure that I only intend to use the game as an escape from STO once in a while. STO is my home and where I belong. LoTRO will be a nice escape once in a while if there are others playing it.

I had asked about this already and I had suggested to find out if there are any active glbt guilds on that server just in case. And from what founded there doesn't seem to be an active glbt at that service from what was found.

I think that this particular issue wouldn't be the case from I had heard. But if further concerns regarding this is very important as such then it can be possible to ask around on the server that everyone is starting their characters on to see if there is/were active guilds that are present on that server can be done.
