Noone wants to still be grinding out the current five reputations when we will likely get a SIXTH one for Season 9.

Hello Everyone!

As some of you may have noticed, the calendar in game (default key J) has been updated with the most recent season 8.5 patch! There are no longer regular small windowed events during each calendared day. Cryptic has decided to switch to Bi-weekly, special weekend events. This coming weekend will be the first official installment: The Dilithium Weekend! This Event will run from 10:00 AM PST on Thursday, February 6th until 10:00 AM PST Monday, February 10th.

What this means for you!

All dilithium rewards throughout the game have been boosted for this weekend! This includes: PvE, PvP, and foundry missions. In addition to the standard events; the Ferengi Mine, Fleet Dilithium Mine and the VIP dilithium claims (awarded from lock boxes) are DOUBLED during this special weekend event!

Now, we know that some of you out there aren't too keen on "grinding" your daily quota of Dilithium, but this doubled output is too good to pass up! The Stonewall Fleet Leadership & Fleet Captain team will be in game for a large part of the weekend to help guide you though these missions if you have never done them before. We will also be setting up teams so that you can go get your daily quota with a buddy or four! Keep an eye peeled to Stonewall Fleet chat for these groups as they form throughout the event.

We also have a special friendly COMPETITION in store for you! Keep your eyes on the forums for more details to be released Friday Morning!

We will also be posting information on the planned functions for the next Weekend event, which will reward bonus reputation marks! Stay tuned for more info on that in the coming days.

Ahahaha! Yes, i've found Tosca has a way with messing with your head while you're doing other things like, well, gaming. :laugh: A lot of their "Suzuki" album features that sorta thing and they often wrap ambient voices around their beats. Good stuff.

Yes, please help yourselves to what I have up thus far! While I know that not all of it may align with everyone's musical tastes(and i could never hope to aim to), rather I merely compile these in hopes to offer something different and provocative through songs built with strong lyrics, rhythm, vocal and instrumental prowess.

My Take on The Solanae Dyson Science Destroyer:

Now I've had the Dyson Science Destroyer for about 24 hours now and I have to firstly say a big well done to Cryptic for such a breath of fresh air in ship design yet still retaining the Federation feel.

1: Design

Aesthetically the Ship look gorgeous with it's sleek design

Thanks to reverse engineering, and hard work from Star fleets best Engineers we have this amazing looking vessel.

2: Functionality

Base Turn is roughly 12 Degrees which makes the Dyson very fast especially handy during combat ( I've done some extensive combat testing on the Borg Dailies)

And have to say the Ship is very capable when you need to evade a heavy Torpedo or Several Cubes firing at you.

Secondary Deflector: This is I have to say absolutely brilliant and really does make a difference when in the heat of battle and gives some valuable seconds to recharge your shields.

Tactical mode :woohoo: :woohoo: : What can I say the humble science vessel becomes a flying Cannon fest " Literally" You essentially have 4 Forward Weapon slots and 3 Aft

NOW TACTICAL MODE: Say goodbye to the humble science Vessel and say hello to the Shark " I call it a shark because the fire-power can be brutal.

" You your biological and technical essence will become part of our own"


I also have to say just because it is a " Science" Vessel doesn't necessarily rule out engineer or tactical classes as I think the ship is versatile enough for whoever is at the helm.


It also depends on your play style in my opinion whether your all guns a blazing or the silent type who likes to hit and run.

Where did January go?!? I know everyone is busy collecting Qmendations and some of you already HAVE a Dyson Science ship (WTG!) but if you do get bored of logical Tuvokisms, feel free to drop me some articles, posts and even pictures...for the next edition of the Stonewall Times :)

Thank you all for the kind words. This fleet is also another reason I am where I am today, as Nick brought me into the Admiralty prior to the game's launch. I would have never met Mark if it wasn't for this fleet, which would have meant no Priority One, which would have meant probably would never have had the opportunity to work on the game.
